Recipe by Sandra I have such a sweet tooth and I love eating cookie dough! This recipe is healthier than eating regular cookie dough which contains butter and uncooked eggs. It can also work if you want to bake it, which sometimes I do. The chickpeas add a good source of protein that you cannot even taste. The ingredients are vegan unless you use cow milk like I do. It is very filling and delicious, let me know if you like it. Ingredients Coconut Oil – ½ cup Brown Sugar – 1 cup Chickpeas – 1 cup (more or less!)
